| The Rental Company Is based at our office on Beersbridge Road and is a professional service available to all property owners, both to those simply wishing to ensure that their private home is cared for during their temporary absence, and also to those whose intention is to create long term income and capital growth through property investment.
Under the direct control of the Principal who is a fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents, the Property Management Team has the experience of many years’ involvement with property matters. This is combined with a sophisticated computer system, giving immediate access to current and historical information and to those facts and figures needed to produce Statements of Account at a Client’s request.
As required by the Association of Estate Agents, all Client monies are held separately from our own Office monies in a Clients’ Bank Account, thus ensuring full Client accountability at all times.
We ensure that we keep fully up-to-date with relevant legislation relating to property matters. Our aim is to maximise the rental income and capital value of our Clients’ property by ensuring maximum occupancy and good maintenance. Professional property management is essential if the dangerous traps into which the unwary may fall are to be avoided.
