| Alan Newell Alan, the principal of the business is a former Honorary Secretary of The Incorporated Society of Valuers & Auctioneers (Northern Ireland) Branch a post which he held for many years before its merger with The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in the late 1990\'s.
Having previously trained with Alexander Kinnaird & Son, Alan opened his office in Carryduff, South Belfast in 1986 initially as a franchise but reverting to his own name in 1992.
